Hazardous Conditions Cause Southern Minn. Highways To Close
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Snow in southern Minnesota is creating hazardous conditions for drivers, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
Shortly before 1 p.m. the State Patrol tweeted that Interstate 90 and all state highways south of Highway 14 will close at 2 p.m. I-90 will be closed west of Interstate 35 at Albert Lea.

The closures are due to hazardous conditions caused by heavy snow and strong winds.
Snow is expected to fall throughout the evening with totals reaching up to a foot in some parts of southern Minnesota.
