St. Paul Launches Winter Parking App

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Tuesday's snow event is prompting snow emergencies in many Minnesota cities, including Minneapolis and St. Paul.

The app is available in English and Spanish. It also provides a link to snow emergency information in eight languages. It's free and downloadable from the Apple and Android app stores or the city of St. Paul's website.
