Prince Postpones Online Ticket Sales For European Tour, Cites 'Vulture' Resale Sites
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- With Prince, first it was the Internet and its music streaming services. Now, Prince is taking on ticket resale websites.
On Friday morning, Ticketmaster UK announced sales for Prince's Piano & A Microphone tour have been postponed.
Shortly after the announcement, Prince says secondary ticketing websites – or touts – are getting tickets before official sales begin and raise prices to "ridiculous amounts."
Prince said it's cheaper for European fans to travel to Minneapolis:
...cheaper to fly to MPLS get accomodation & go to a Paisley Park show. Better overall experience too!

Now, Prince says the one option now is the old fashioned way:
Laura @Laulovesgigs now@Prince3EG pay on the door is the only way. Loved standing in line with real fans

To top it all off, Prince compared touts to scavengers.
