Portions Of I-35E To Close Monday Night In St. Paul

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Drivers on Interstate 35E will experience some delays Monday night and early Tuesday morning, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

Left and center lanes of I-35E will be closed in both directions beginning Monday night at 11 p.m.

All southbound lanes will then close briefly beginning at about 1 a.m. as crews remove an overhead sign.

Crews will then close the right northbound lane of 35E at 2:30 a.m. to move a crane across northbound portion of the interstate.

MnDOT says all lanes will reopen by Tuesday at 3:30 a.m.

The work is part of the I-35E Cayuga project. Click here for more information.
