Person struck by train in northeast Minneapolis

Railroad officials say a train hit a person Tuesday afternoon in northeast Minneapolis.

The incident happened along the tracks near 36th Avenue and Johnson Street Northeast, according to Canadian Pacific.

The incident remains under investigation.
