Minneapolis Boat Show has people dreaming of summer

MINNEAPOLIS — The Minneapolis Boat Show docks at the convention center for a 52nd year on Saturday and Sunday.

The four-day event is the largest boat show in the Upper Midwest and will feature more than 600 boats for sale.

In addition to exploring new vessels, visitors can check out docks and the latest marine innovations and accessories.

Organizers say there's something for everyone, from the avid boating enthusiasts to new skippers. Guests all ages and interests will have the chance to escape the Midwest winter and cruise into warmer days with live music, premium food and beverage offerings, free education and interactive experiences.

The Minneapolis Boat Show runs until Sunday, Jan. 26.
