Cooking With WCCO: Lela's Shrimp Salad Roll

 MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – This week, WCCO is celebrating the one year anniversary of Lela.

The neighborhood bar and restaurant at the intersection of Interstate 494 and Highway 100 in Bloomington opened last summer boasting bold curdos, pastas and steaks.

Now, a year later, they have added breakfast, lunch and brunch. And, Lela's recently named Executive Chef, Stewart Woodman, has created all new menus.

On Cooking with WCCO, he shared his recipe for Shrimp Salad Rolls.

Shrimp Salad Rolls

Ingredients:

1 lb. shrimp,
1 celery stalk
3 scallions
1/4 cup mayo
1 Tbls. dill, freshly chopped
1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. black pepper, ground
