Kellogg Boulevard Reopens In St. Paul, For Now
ST. PAUL, Minn. (WCCO) -- Getting around downtown St. Paul just got a little easier.. at least for the time being.
The city of St. Paul temporarily reopened Kellogg Boulevard near the Xcel Energy Center. It's been closed since last spring as crews make necessary repairs to the bridges that makeup the roadway.
The work isn't done yet, and Kellogg to close for a short time again this spring. The work should be completed by summer.
