Fire Destroys Fridley Playground

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Fridley Police are trying to figure out who started a fire at a playground.

Crews were called on 3 p.m. Saturday to Hayes Elementary School, playground was fully engulfed in flames.

It's not clear how much the damage will cost, but the playground is a total loss.
