Casey's General Stores Buying Stop-N-Go Chain

FARGO, N.D. (AP) — Iowa-based Casey's General Stores Inc. is buying 24 Stop-n-Go convenience stores in the Upper Midwest.

Twenty of the stores are in North Dakota and four are in Minnesota. Casey's did not disclose the purchase price. The deal is expected to close in May.

Casey's President and CEO Robert Myers says the Fargo-based Stop-n-Go chain is "well managed and established," and will broaden Casey's market area.

Casey's has nearly 1,800 stores in 14 states.
