A few warm days on tap for Twin Cities before a cooldown arrives Tuesday

NEXT Weather: Afternoon report for Minnesota on May 3, 2026

Sunday will be the warmer of the two weekend days in Minnesota, with high temperatures near 70 in the Twin Cities.

It'll be a bit breezy and there will be a mix of sunshine and clouds.

The work week will start with another chance for rain, but most will stay dry. Highs will still reach the upper 60s.

A weak front will drop temperatures back into the 50s on Tuesday and Wednesday.

It'll eventually warm back up into the 60s and 70s by Friday and next weekend.
