Pavano: Making Jennings Marlins Manager 'a Good Change'

Count one former Marlins pitcher as a supporter of Dan Jennings' unorthodox move from GM to manager despite no MLB coaching or playing experience.

"I think it's a good change," Carl Pavano said on the Marc Hochman Show with Zach Krantz on 560 WQAM. "There are not many guys that go from administration, being a GM, to the manager."

"And I think this man can take that step. To take it further, there's not many managers that can probably do his job as a GM."
