Man Charged In BB&T Bank Robbery
MIAMI (CBSMiami) – A man suspected of robbing a Kendall bank is now in federal custody.
Miami-Dade police arrested Jose Llavore-Diaz early Wednesday morning.
Llavore-Diaz reportedly walked into a BB&T Bank branch at 10899 Sunset Drive Tuesday afternoon and demanded cash from a teller.
After being given an undisclosed amount of cash he left the bank. The FBI said there were customers in the bank at the time of the robbery, but no one was injured.
