La Canfora: Dolphins 'Looking to Move and Shake' on Draft Day

With the NFL Draft a few weeks away, rumblings are starting to trickle out over which teams are looking to make some bold moves.

Like the Miami Dolphins, for instance, a franchise that CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora expects to be among seven teams who will "swing the 2015 draft."

"Mike Tannenbaum. He is the man in charge of all things football in Miami, he earned immediate raves from owner Stephen Ross by finally landing a big fish (Ndamukong Suh in free agency) for the billionaire. And he did a heck of a job moving some awful contracts inherited from the prior regime. He's still looking to move and shake and picking at No. 14 might not be a good enough spot to land one of the top three receivers. Moving up to the 10 spot and doing a deal with the Rams could make sense for both teams, and I wouldn't entirely discount the Dolphins going higher. This team is trying to get over a major, lingering hurdle, and the draft will very likely be their final chance to do something impactful for the 2015 campaign. Keep an eye on them."

The consensus top-three receivers available are Amari Cooper, Kevin White, and DeVante Parker. Should Miami move up to draft one?
