Housing Horrors For City Of Miami Tenants

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Paying tenants are living in some of the worst conditions in South Florida.

Housing situations so deplorable the tenants say that rats crawl through walls, mold covers the roofs, frequent water leaks and sewage spills.

CBS4's Michele Gillen investigated why this was happening.
