Facing South Florida: State Rep. Jose Oliva

Miami-Dade College President Eduardo Padron this past week launched an incredibly personal attack against members of the Florida legislature. Padron, president of the largest college in the country, is angry that a block of Miami-Dade legislators are blocking his efforts to have voters decide a possible sales tax increase that would be dedicated to helping the college expand.
