Stolen Vehicle Crashes Into West Hollywood Store; 3 Suspects At Large

WEST HOLLYWOOD (CBSLA.com) — Sheriff's deputies Friday searched for three men who fled from the scene of a crash that involved a stolen vehicle in West Hollywood.

The crash was reported just before 4 a.m. in the 8400 block of Santa Monica Boulevard at Croft Avenue, according to sheriff's deputies.

A preliminary investigation revealed a suspect who drove the stolen truck into the building fled from the scene with two Hispanic men who traveled in a silver Volkswagen.

The men remain at large at this time.

No injuries were reported.

CBS2's Stephanie Simmons reported eastbound lanes of Santa Monica Boulevard will remain closed until further notice.

The investigation is ongoing.
