Traffic Expected As Vice Pres. Joe Biden Wraps Up Visit In Southern California

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Traffic congestion is expected Tuesday as Vice Pres. Joe Biden wraps up his visit in Southern California.

Police advised the public to avoid the following areas today:

— Santa Monica between Wilshire and Sawtelle boulevards from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.

— Southbound traffic on Merv Griffin Way between Wilshire and Santa Monica boulevards until 9 a.m.

— Medium to large sized trucks will be restricted on Santa Monica Boulevard between Avenue of the Stars and Wilshire Boulevard until 8 a.m.

Biden arrived to the Southland on Monday morning.
