Marston's Restaurant Dishing Up Cooking Classes Monthly
STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — Chef and Owner of Marston's Restaurant, Jim McCardy, visited the KCAL9 studios Tuesday to talk about their monthly cooking classes!
The classes are held on the last Monday evening of the month at 6 p.m., with the next class on Feb. 23.
The cooking classes are demonstration-based with Jim instructing guests how to prepare five different dishes. While Jim is preparing each course guests are served a plate of the food being prepared so they can better understand how the dish looks and tastes.
The class costs $60 per person and includes a recipe cook book, food and non-alcoholic drinks. Cocktails, beer and wine are served at happy hour prices.
