More Curfews Issued Wednesday For LA County, SoCal Cities

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) — More curfew orders were in effect for the Southland Wednesday as protests continued across the region.

Los Angeles County
- Countywide curfew issued from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Thursday.

Beverly Hills
- Citywide curfew from 4 p.m. Wednesday to 6 a.m. Thursday
- Business District curfew from 1 p.m. Wednesday to 6 a.m. Thursday
Culver City
- Citywide curfew from 6 p.m. Wednesday to 6 a.m. Thursday
Santa Monica
- Citywide curfew from 6 p.m. Wednesday to 6 a.m. Thursday
Long beach
- Citywide curfew from 9 p.m. Wednesday to 5 a.m. Thursday
West Hollywood
- Citywide curfew from 9 p.m. Wednesday to sunrise on Thursday

Los Angeles Police Chief Michel Moore Tuesday said that 2,700 people have so far been arrested by his agency since the protests began. 2,500 of those were arrested for violating curfew for refusing to disperse.
