Lamar Odom Snags Top Spot On Google's Most Searched Terms of 2015

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Google has released its list of the top trending search terms of 2015 and Lamar Odom appears to have snagged the number 1 spot in the categories of people and searches.

Odom earlier this year was found unconscious after partying at a brothel in Nevada. He was subsequently transferred to Los Angeles for further treatment.

Coming in second on the list of top trending people of this year was Caitlyn Jenner, followed by Ronda Rousey, Donald Trump, and Ruby Rose.

The list also included top searched terms in 45 categories, including movies, actors, actresses, athletes, among others.

Charlie Sheen, who revealed in November that he was HIV-positive, snagged the number 1 spot in the category of top searched actors. Bill Cosby came in second, followed by Taylor Kinney, Scott Eastwood, and James Earl Jones.

Top searched actresses this year included Ruby Rose (No. 1), Amy Schumer (No. 2), and Patricia Arquette. Schumer as recently as late-November made headlines for being featured in the 2016 Pirelli calendar.
