Homeless Man, 23, Fatally Shot Inside Boarded Up San Bernardino Residence

SAN BERNARDINO (CBSLA.com)   —  Authorities said a man was found fatally shot inside a boarded up residence in San Bernardino.

The shooting was reported early Saturday around 2:25 a.m.

The house, located in the 1500 block of N. F. Street,  is reportedly occupied by several homeless people.

The victim was reportedly shot once in the upper torso.

The victim, a 23-year-old black man, was taken to Loma Linda University Medical Center and declared dead about an hour after arrival.

The deceased's name was being withheld until notification of his next of kin.

The motive for the shooting is not known at this time.
