Man, Woman Found Dead In Cudahy Home In Suspected Murder-Suicide

CUDAHY (CBSLA) — Investigators suspect a man shot and killed a woman before turning the gun on himself Sunday morning in the unincorporated community of Cudahy.

The two were found dead at around 11:15 a.m. in the 5100 block of Live Oak Street in Cudahy, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department reports. A gun was also recovered from the scene.

The woman was identified Monday as 34-year-old Sandra Dandasnavarro of Cudahy, the L.A. County coroner's office confirmed. She lived at the home. The man was identified as 31-year-old Ramon Gomez. It's unclear what his city of residence is. The relationship between the two was unclear.

At this time, investigators are treating the case as a suspected murder-suicide, the sheriff's department said. No suspects are outstanding. There was no word on a motive. The investigation is ongoing.
