Two Men Back In Court In Deaths Of Westland Pair
DETROIT (AP) — Two men are returning to court for a hearing to learn if they'll face trial in the deaths of a Detroit-area teenager and his pal in 2012.
The bodies of 17-year-old Jourdan Bobbish and 18-year-old Jacob Kudla were found in a field on Detroit's east side. The Westland residents had been missing for five days.
Prosecutors have charged Fredrick Young of Detroit and Ferlando Hunter of Jackson. They face a hearing Wednesday to determine if there's enough evidence to send the case to trial in Wayne County court.
The victims were last seen when they left the Detroit home of Kudla's uncle. Police say a car belonging to Kudla was stripped and cleaned with bleach to get rid of fingerprints.
