Rollover Accident Causes Multi-Mile Backup On I-94
DETROIT (WWJ) - Traffic has come to a crawl on Detroit's east side following a rollover accident.
The accident happened around 5:30 a.m. Thursday on westbound I-94 before the Nottingham Road overpass, near East Outer Drive.
Circumstances leading up the accident weren't immediately clear, but a Ford Ranger ended up on its roof in the right lane.
Two other vehicles might have also been involved in the crash. WWJ's Mike Campbell said one of the vehicles, a minivan, had rear end damage while the other, a full-size Chevy pickup truck, had damage to the driver's side.
