Pittsburgh Man Jailed In Alleged Shooting Over Steelers Game

PITTSBURGH (AP) — A Pittsburgh man has been jailed on charges he shot his neighbor in the shoulder while they argued about the Pittsburgh Steelers game on Sunday.

Police say the victim, a 45-year-old man whose name isn't being released, was taken to UPMC Mercy hospital in stable condition.

Fifty-eight-year-old Earl Dunbar was arrested about 2 p.m. Sunday after police responded to a report of shots fired at a residence.

It wasn't immediately clear if the incident happened at Dunbar's residence or the victim's.

Online court records don't list an attorney for Dunbar who faces a preliminary hearing Nov. 24 on a charge of aggravated assault.

He remained in the Allegheny County Jail on Monday, unable to post $50,000 bond.
