Livingston County Undersheriff Resigns Following DUI Arrest

(CBS Detroit) -- A former officer and member of the Livingston County Sheriff's Office is resigning after he was arrested for driving under the influence.

Officials say Jeffrey Warder was undersheriff when he was arrested by Michigan State Police.

Warder was booked into a county jail before being released.

He was put on administrative leave last week and then later resigned.
