Facebook Bans Misleading Posts, Ads On Coronavirus Outbreak

(CBS DETROIT) – The coronavirus outbreak is putting Facebook on high alert.

The social media giant says they're banning any misleading ads or false claims about the coronavirus,

This includes claims of medical treatments, conspiracy theories, and cures.

Facebook says this applies to both paid advertisements and unpaid posts from users.
