2025 Michigan primary election results and live counts

Voters went to the polls on Tuesday, Aug. 5, across Metro Detroit and Michigan.

Mayoral primary elections were contested in cities like Detroit, Pontiac, Taylor, Dearborn Heights and Hamtramck.

City council and commission elections, as well as municipal and school district proposals, also appeared on ballots across Southeast Michigan.
