Flu Cases Climb In Colorado

DENVER (CBS4) - The number of patients hospitalized by the flu in Colorado continues to climb.

The state health department on Wednesday confirmed there have been 50 outbreaks in long-term care facilities this flu season.

Across the state, there have been 847 hospitalizations in 33 counties.

Many of the cases are the H3N2 strain, which this year's flu vaccine did not include.
