Escaped Inmate Now Back In Custody

CANON CITY, Colo. (CBS4) - An inmate who escaped prison in Canon City is now back in custody.

The Colorado Department of Corrections says Robert Roberts was found at the Parkdale Quarry with the help of local law enforcement.

Roberts escaped prison on Sunday. He was serving an 18-month sentence for forgery.
