DIA Says Frustrating Security Lines Are Improving

DENVER (CBS4) - Security lines are improving at Denver International Airport.

The airport says wait times are down significantly from their frustrating peak in May. According to DIA, the average maximum wait time in June was 18 minutes, down from about 25 minutes.

The Transportation Security Administration predicts the lines will get even shorter as it hires more screeners and becomes more efficient.
