Crews Hope Haycamp Fire Burns Itself Out

DURANGO, Colo. (CBS4)- Firefighting crews hopes a wildfire burning in southwestern Colorado burns itself out.

The Haycamp fire is burning northwest of Durango in the San Juan National Forest.

So far 42 acres have burned.

Fire crews are keeping watch on the wildfire. They're hoping it burns itself out but are ready to step in if the flames get out of control.

Lightning caused the wildfire on July 18.
