Firefighters Rescue Man From Convention Center Roof

DENVER (CBS4) - Firefighters in Denver rescued a man from the roof of the Colorado Convention Center after he fell off a ladder.
The man was conducting some repairs on the roof when he slipped off the ladder and was hurt on Tuesday morning.
Firefighters say the man has serious injuries but they aren't considered life-threatening.

Fire crews used their large ladder to rescue the man and bring him down from the roof. He was rushed to the hospital.
"Very fortunate … the fire house is right behind the convention center and that's always good for response time," C.J. Haberkorn with the Denver Fire Department said.
