Help Needed To ID Robbery Suspect Who Didn't Realize Bank Was Closed

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) - Authorities would like the public's help identifying a bank robbery suspect.

According to the FBI, clear images of the suspect were caught on surveillance video as the suspect attempted to hold up the Academy Bank inside a Walmart in Aurora on Nov. 19.

"The suspect apparently didn't realize the bank had already closed when he demanded money from the tellers. He left empty-handed and a record of what he looked like, on video. He did not show a weapon," the FBI said in a statement.

The incident occurred at the Academy Bank in the Walmart located at 9400 East Hampden Avenue just after 5 p.m.

The suspect is described as a white or Asian male, 22 to 29 years old. He's 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-9, 155 to 165 pounds. He has a slim build, black hair, blue eyes, a thin face, glasses, black mustache (possibly fake), red and black plaid hunters cap, blue ski jacket, blue jeans, gray and black athletic shoes, and black gloves.
