Wind chills on Thursday morning will be in the teens. There will be plenty of sun Thursday, but the cold air and northwest flow will keep it chilly.
The next snowmaker arrives Friday. Both rush hours will be affected — the morning rush with a rain/snow mix, the evening rush with just snow.
Some slushy accumulation is expected.
