Breezy winds continue in Chicago on Tuesday
CHICAGO (CBS) — Breezy winds continue with gusts around 25 mph overnight Monday into Tuesday.
Lows will be in the upper 20s under a clearing sky.
Another windy day is expected Tuesday with gusts near 45 miles per hour in the afternoon. Highs will be milder in the mid-40s.
It will be breezy and a few degrees cooler Wednesday in the low 40s, and then temperatures will be nearly 20 degrees above average on Thursday with highs in the low 50s.
A strong storm system will approach the area by late Thursday, increasing rain chances for Thursday evening. Rain chances remain high into Friday, with even a chance of a rain and snow mix.
Some of the rain Friday could be heavy.
Conditions will be cooler Friday and Saturday with highs back in the 30s.
