View: Cubs Show Support By Donning Blackhawks Gear
(CBS) Joe Maddon and his young Cubs team know how to keep the mood light.
After a loss Sunday to the Brewers, many Cubs donned Blackhawks gear to show support for their professional Chicago sports brethren as they set off for St. Louis and a series that starts Monday night. And the Cubs looked like they were getting a big kick out of it, as several posted to social media.
Maddon actually got the fun started by wearing a Blackhawks jersey to his postgame press conference. He's well known for his themed road trips during his time as the Rays' manager.
