More rain Wednesday night in Chicago
CHICAGO (CBS) — Sunshine and drier air are blowing into the area late Wednesday after one to three inches of rain fell in the Chicago area last night.
One more round of scattered showers is forecast late tonight, but we are not expecting heavy rain or any threat of severe storms.
Sunshine, gusty winds, and low humidity dominate the forecast on Thursday and Friday, but the weather overall is very comfortable.
A quick-hitting disturbance is now expected to bring a higher chance of some passing rain on Saturday, with rain chances up to 40%.
