Flash Flood Watch Issued For Chicago Area
CHICAGO (CBS) -- The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for much of the Chicago area on Friday.
Storms capable of producing two inches of rain or more in an hour are possible, beginning late Friday morning and continuing sporadically throughout the day.

The watch includes, Lake (Ill.), Cook, DuPage, La Salle Grundy and Kendall counties.
A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead to flash flooding.
