Dozens Audition For Final Performances Of Robert Joffrey's Nutcracker

CHICAGO (CBS) -- The last season of Nutcracker performances choreographed by the Joffrey Ballet's founder drew dozens of children to audition on Sunday.

Dancers waited nervously at the ballet company's Loop studios as others performed in front of staff - girls wearing black leotards and white tights, and boys also dressed in black and white.

A couple of performers said they knew what to expect, having tried out for the holiday classic before. Others were curious to see what auditioning for a professional ballet is like.
