CHICAGO (CBS)-- It's going to be a warm day and there's a warm weekend ahead.

Friday's high temperature is 80 degrees with breezy conditions.

Above average temperatures will linger into next week. To start, weekend temperatures will be in the upper 70s with partly cloudy skies.

Monday will be in the low 70s with a chance for rain in the evening.
