Multiple cars stolen from Chicago South Side dealership, police say

Thieves steal 4 to 7 cars from South Side dealership

CHICAGO (CBS) — Thieves broke into a dealership and stole multiple cars overnight in the Douglas neighborhood, according to police.

It happened just after midnight in the 2700 block of South Michigan Avenue.

Police say the unknown burglars forced their way inside and drove away with four to seven cars from the dealership.

No one was hurt, and no one is in custody.

The incident is being investigated by Area 3 detectives.
