Body found on Metra tracks in Libertyville
Police are investigating after a body was found Friday evening on the Metra Milwaukee District-North line train tracks in Libertyville.
Metra officials said a man's body was found on the tracks around 5:20 p.m., but was not hit by a train.
Some Milwaukee District-North line trains were halted while the coroner was on scene.
Metra has since resumed service, with some delays.
