Bank Robbed In Grayslake

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A bank was robbed Tuesday afternoon in north suburban Grayslake.

At 4:08 p.m., a man robbed the First Midwest Bank branch at 530 E. Washington St. in Grayslake, according to the FBI.

He did not show a weapon and no one was injured in the robbery, authorities said.

The suspect was described as a 190-pound, 40-year-old Hispanic man, standing about 6 feet, with a jawline beard, the FBI said. He was wearing a gray fedora with a black band, lightly tinted glasses, a long sleeve black shirt with three buttons, baggy blue jeans and dark shoes or boots.
