NightSide - Low Number License Plate Lottery

BOSTON (CBS) - Every year, the Registry of Motor Vehicles holds a lottery to hand out the highly-coveted low number license plates that are up for grabs. Tonight, Registrar Erin Deveney joins Dan in the NightSide studio to draw the winners live! Tune in to hear if you or someone you know has won!
