MIT Researchers Working To Create Robots That Do Chores

CAMBRIDGE (CBS) – Researchers at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology are working on creating a robot that could one day take care of your chores.

The school released a video showing how they've trained artificial intelligence simulators to complete tasks like getting juice and watching TV.

The VirtualHome team trained the AI system using 3,000 task descriptions.

Researchers say the next step is to use these videos to help robots learn to do chores.
