Report: Patriots Release Josh Kline
BOSTON (CBS) – The New England Patriots reportedly released offensive lineman Josh Kline Wednesday, a day after he was traded then not traded.
The Patriots initially traded Kline and a conditional draft pick to the Philadelphia Eagles Tuesday for cornerback Eric Rowe.
But several hours later multiple reports indicated that Kline was not included in the deal.
Then, early Wednesday morning, the NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported that Kline had been released by the Patriots.

Kline, 26, joined the Patriots as an undrafted free agent in 2013. He played in 33 games over the past three seasons, starting 18 times.
The Patriots and Eagles completed their swap for Rowe on Wednesday morning, sending a fourth-round pick to Philadelphia.
