6 Cape Cod Beaches Banning Smoking In Guarded Areas

EASTHAM (CBS) – Six Cape Cod beaches are banning smoking.

Starting June 19, Coast Guard Beach and Nauset Light Beach in Eastham, Marconi Beach in Wellfleet, Race Point Beach and Herring Cove Beach in Provincetown, and Head of the Meadow Beach in Truro will all prohibit smoking in guarded areas.

Visitors will be allowed to smoke at non-guarded areas.
