Maryland Sees Another Blast Of Winter Weather; Braces For Round Two

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Maryland is bracing for round two of winter weather this week.

A Winter Storm Watch will be in effect for parts of Maryland beginning Tuesday evening.

Timeline:

Sleet and freezing rain is expected Tuesday evening into Wednesday. Accumulations of more than a tenth of an inch of ice is possible, along with more than half an inch of rain with locally heavier amounts. It will taper off into spotty showers Wednesday morning. It's possible Wednesday morning's rush hour will be affected; drivers are encouraged to drive slowly.

Future:

There's a chance for more snow over the weekend.
